Basic Overview

• Men wore hats or turbans, cross over coats, cloth waist belts, and salwar (pants).
• Women wore hats or veils, cholis or cross over coats, cloth waist belts, and salwar (pants).
• Footwear: Barefoot or khussa shoes.
• Fabrics were either solid or transparent/sheer.
  • Both solid color and patterned fabrics were used.
